About Premia Relocation Mortgage
Premia Relocation Mortgage (Premia-RM) originates first and second lien
residential mortgage loans. Premia-RM is a subsidiary of Brookfield Residential
Property Services (“BRPS”), a division of Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
(“Brookfield”).
Brookfield
Asset Management is a global asset manager focused on property, power and other
infrastructure assets with approximately US$95 billion of assets under
management. Brookfield has large ties into relocation owning the oldest and
largest Canadian real estate and relocation companies, Royal LePage and Royal
LePage Relocation Services.
